Manufacturer warranty

Cues and accessories are covered by their manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by brand and are listed on each product page where applicable. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf — email pathakroshan111@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

What's not covered

Normal wear: tips, ferrules, chalk marks, and finish wear from play. Warping caused by heat, moisture, or leaning storage isn't a defect — store your cue flat or vertical in a case. Damage from modification or misuse voids warranty.

Transit damage

Transit damage is covered separately under our shipping policy. Every cue ships insured — if it arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours and we'll replace it.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
